Audio Loudness Standards (-14 LUFS): Mastering Audio for YouTube, Spotify & Reels

Have you ever noticed that your video's audio sounds noticeably quieter on YouTube or Instagram than it did inside your video editor? Or conversely, that your video sounds distorted and clipped after export? The culprit is platform-level audio loudness normalization.
